"Nakamiso" is miso ramen sold at the Nakasan Hirosaki store basement food court. Since the store is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, as a commemorative project, it developed and sold cup noodles "Miso Ramen supervised by Nakamiso" in January. "Nakamiso Flavor Potato Chips" was developed by "Matsuura Shokuhin" (Shizuoka Prefecture), which manufactures local potato chips, as the second project for the 60th anniversary.

Mr. Takahiko Higuchi of the Sales Planning Division confidently said, "The soup is characterized by its unique aroma and umami flavor with garlic and ginger. We tried 24 kinds of seasonings, compared them, and made many prototypes."

The packaging was designed by Shogo Seno, the designer of Hirosaki City's mascot "Takamaru-kun". Hirosaki Castle, the cherry blossoms of Hirosaki Park, and the exterior of the Nakasan Hirosaki store, which draws attention with its inverted conical dome inspired by Jomon pottery.

Mr. Higuchi said, "In the future, we plan to register it as a return gift for Hirosaki City's hometown tax. We want people who have never tried nakamiso to try it, including people who are not able to come to eat it, such as locals from outside the prefecture. ', he says.
