Hirosaki's coffee shop "Hello Coffee" (Daikan-cho, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-32-1188 ) relocated and opened on August 30th. Operated by Hello Goods (same).

The store also sells home-roasted coffee beans, coffee equipment, and equipment. We opened a new store in the place that was used as a parking lot at the old store and moved. Taking advantage of the relocation, we will specialize in online shopping. The store area has doubled from the old store, about 30 tsubo. A backyard for mail-order shipping was maintained, and an entrance for business use was also provided.

The store opened in December 1987. Initially, it was a variety store with a coffee shop and tableware. When the store opened, it did not sell coffee beans, and the store name was "Hello Goods." The name of the operating company remains today.

According to president Shigeharu Jin, who used to work in sales at a travel agency and then made a U-turn to become independent in Hirosaki, he started selling coffee beans because he used to sell black tea leaves and high-end tableware, but sales were high. It is said that it was not connected to

When I looked for a route to obtain coffee beans, relying on the Aomori Kenjinkai in Brazil and acquaintances from my previous job, I ended up with Casicke, a Brazilian coffee exporter. "I didn't know anything about coffee, but I felt that the coffee beans from this company were delicious, so I decided to use them," says Jin. We will continue to deal with it.

At the request of customers, we increased the variety and decided to start our own roasting. Initially, the coffee was roasted inside the store, but the smoke became a problem, so a new roasting factory was built. Utilizing his experience as a salesperson, he worked on delivery of coffee beans, on-site sales, distribution wholesale for traders, etc., and worked to increase sales.

In 1995, we started selling our products online through our website. By actively opening stores in EC malls, orders from all over the country increased, and distribution wholesalers began to handle espresso machines and raw beans. "The store is like a showroom to me. I can't explain the products until I actually use them, so I use new equipment in the store," says Jin.

The number of types of coffee beans sold will be reduced from 40 to 30 after the relocation, but other products will remain unchanged. There is no change in our stance of selling things as cheaply as possible.”

Business hours are from 9:00 to 17:30. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
