The sweets shop "Tasakoi Imura Hiroro" opened on June 23 at the food court on the 4th floor of Hiroro (Ekimae-cho, Hirosaki City).

"Tasakoi Imura" along National Route 102 in Inakadate Village has a direct sales office that sells local agricultural products and a cafe cafeteria. The owner, Mr. Yasutaka Ono, runs a car accessories sales company "YOU YOU" and opened "Tasakoi Imura" in 2017 (Heisei 29). The Hiroro store will be the second store.

The menu offered is "Tasakoi Imura" sweets, such as fruit sandwiches and fresh fruit juices that are mainly made from Aomori fruits. The popular seasonal soft serve ice cream is served with seasonal fruits. "It started with the feeling of service. Now it's a signboard menu," says Ono.

Tomato soft serve ice cream puts cherry tomatoes in the summer. Mini tomatoes purchased directly from farmers in Inakadate Village will be served throughout August. Mr. Ono says, "I want to support the farmers in Inakadate who are doing their best. I want you to taste delicious tomatoes." The soft serve ice cream for the display was also sprayed red.

Mr. Ono said, "The second store has always been a dream." "I want to deliver sweets that make use of Aomori's ingredients nationwide. I'm thinking of expanding outside the prefecture, but my dream of being the first step has come true." talk.

The menu includes soft serve ice cream (400 yen), fresh juice (750 yen), fruit sandwiches (400 yen and up), and banana shakes (450 yen). Eating menus such as curry bread (180 yen) and mango parfait (1,380 yen) are also available.

Mr. Ono says, "Since Hiroro's food court is often used by students, I would like to think of a menu that allows students to enjoy local food while having fun."

Business hours are from 11:00 to 19:00. Regular holidays are based on Hiroro.
