On April 30, the Hirosaki University Rakugo Study Group held a rakugo event "Kakuuchi Rakugo" in the event room of "Kato Liquor Store" (Nishishigemori, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-32-9346 ).

Takahiro Kato, the owner of the store, who heard that student activities are restricted due to Korona-ka, approached the Hirosaki University Rakugo Study Group to use the event space inside the store. The store was relocated and renewed in 2020, and there was an event space equipped with a counter kitchen, but it is said that it could not be used due to the influence of priority measures such as prevention of spread.

At the event, three students each performed rakugo. There were two performances, 15:00 and 17:00, with a limit of 12 people each time. Admission is free, and the audience can enjoy drinking alcohol purchased at the store. Rakugo is also distributed online to those who could not come to the venue, and is left as an archive on the store's Facebook page.

I was nervous, but I would like to continue to create a place where people in Hirosaki can see the activities. "
