Sakura Miku Taxi started in 2019 (Heisei 31) when the character "Sakura Miku" derived from the virtual singer "Hatsune Miku" became the official support character for the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival. It will be a taxi that wraps the illustration of illustrator nekosumi.

At the beginning, the company's female driver group "Sakura Komachi" was in charge of driving on weekdays, but since last year, Shiho Kiyono of the same team has become the main person in charge. Mr. Kiyono says, "I didn't know about Sakura Miku."

According to Mr. Kiyono, when he saw fans from outside the prefecture repeating and being pleased with the streets of Hirosaki in collaboration with Sakura Miku, he began to wonder if there was anything more he could do. "It is possible to dispatch a designated vehicle, and a designated fee of 1,000 yen will be charged in addition to the fare. Still, I wanted to make the fans happy," says Seino.

At the opening of the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival, Mr. Kiyono installed Sakura Miku figures and dolls in the car. In addition to placing artificial cherry blossoms and pink mattresses, we also placed guide maps and goods with illustrations of Sakura Miku. Mr. Kiyono smiles, "I prepared everything myself with the permission of the company. I plan to increase it, and it was a post facto report to the person in charge at night."

Mr. Kiyono says, "I'm studying about Sakura Miku." There is a lot to be taught by the fans, and they are asking the fans what they would be happy to do in the car. "The fans are all kind people, and they are kind enough to give me advice. Some people in Hirosaki don't know Sakura Miku yet, so I myself became a fan of Sakura Miku and became a fan of Sakura Miku. Sakura Miku Taxi will be closed on April 22 due to maintenance, but will be open 24 hours a day during the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival.
