Mr. Iwabuchi said, "It was scheduled to open in December last year, but it took a long time to open a store because we couldn't find a property. Hirosaki is said to be a student town, and many generations prefer Jiro ramen. From Hirosaki to Aomori's best ramen shop. I want to aim for it. "

The store area is 20 tsubo. The number of seats is 13 at the counter and 6 at the small rise. The property of the izakaya "Warajiya", which was closed in July last year, will be used without a residence. "I felt like I was coming back to my parents' house in the country, so I decided immediately," says Iwabuchi. The signboard at the entrance was created with my grandfather, and the characters were written by two people.

The menu is ramen (900 yen) only. In addition to 300 grams of noodles, prepare 200 grams and 150 grams. It also supports noodle removal. The toppings are noodles (100 grams = 100 yen), cheese, raw eggs (more than 50 yen), and pork (300 yen).

Mr. Iwabuchi says, "I want to create a store that makes me want to come again. I hope it will be an opportunity for the store name to come up with my own dreams and goals."
