On March 18, next to the Hirosaki Park Hotel (Hirosaki City Bank), the hair salon "hair place IRODORI" celebrated its first anniversary.

The store has only one set side in the store because it wants to face customers one-on-one. After graduating from the Morioka Hair Make College (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture), the owner, Yusuke Shikauchi, served as a stylist at beauty salons in Morioka City and Hirosaki City, but said, “The customer who nominated me was assigned as an assistant. The way I did it wasn't for me. " From the beginning to the end, he came up with the idea that he wanted to do it on his own, and said, "I wanted to have my own shop," and the reason for opening the store.

The name of the store, “IRODORI,” says, “I added that I wanted to add a little color to customers' lives by cutting their hair.” Mr. Shikauchi initially thought of opening a business in his hometown Inakadate Village. My grandfather who runs a Japanese confectionery shop died, and I also thought, "I want to open a store in the same place as my grandfather." I decided on the current location considering the location conditions, but the wooden frame for making Japanese sweets used by my grandfather is displayed as an interior in the store.

“There are many things I can do because I am alone. I want to do everything I can come up with,” says Shikauchi. On Valentine's Day, we held events such as a 10% discount on all menus when bringing chocolates for women only, and nearly 10 chocolates gathered. “I was able to reach the popular season,” he smiles.

Mr. Shikauchi is currently planning to issue original free paper for the store. "Some of our customers are engaged in various activities such as band activities. If we can introduce such people and send out information about the store," he shows his motivation.

The cut fee is 3,500 yen (including shampoo and blow), the perm starts from 7,500 yen (include cut fee, additional charge depending on length and type), color is short = 5,000 yen (including shampoo and blow). In addition, head spas (1,000 yen and up) are also available.

Business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00. Closed on Mondays.
