Taiwanese restaurant "Bull Pulu tenshin." (TEL 0172-88-8899 ) opened on October 1st on the 1st floor of Hiroro (Ekimaecho, Hirosaki City).

"Burupur" sells tapioca drinks and Taiwanese sweets nationwide. "Burupurtensin" offers not only Taiwanese food and sweets but also alcohol with the concept of "a shop that women can easily enter". This is the third store after the Kokubunji and Kurume stores.

The store area is about 29 tsubo and the number of seats is 32. A lantern is hung in the store. The menu has four categories: drinks, meals, sweets, and alcohol, and also supports take-out. We have prepared a menu that alcohol is drunk in Taiwan such as Taiwan Beer (560 yen) and Taiwan Green Tea High (500 yen). "I wish I could feel Taiwan in Hirosaki, where I could feel better if I went," said Toshikazu Kanahara, the store manager.

"Hiroro is often visited by families. Sweets such as Douhua and Taiwanese castella are supposed to be enjoyed by children and adults with alcohol," he said.

The drink menu includes milk tea with brown sugar tapioca (starting from 400 yen), Taiwanese tea (starting from 330 yen), and milk (starting from 400 yen). You can also top it with nata de coco (80 yen). The dim sum set meal (630 yen) is only eat-in, but Taiwan mazesoba, soupless tantanmen (730 yen or more), and grilled gyoza (5 pieces = 350 yen) are also available for take-out.

Mr. Kanahara says, "Because of the difficult times of the corona, I would like to continue to provide good Taiwanese products that I cannot easily go to."

Business hours are from 10:00 to 20:00.
