The confectionery specialty store "Chateraise Hirosaki Takada Store" (Takada, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-26-7663 ) will open on September 10 in Aomori and Hirosaki.

Chateraise was founded in 1954 (Showa 29) as a baked confectionery store in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and changed to the current company name in 1967 (Showa 42). Expand direct sales stores, including franchise stores, in Japan and overseas. The first store in Aomori Prefecture is the Aomori Aoba store, which opened in May. The Hirosaki Takada store will be two stores in the prefecture.

Using materials purchased directly from contract farmers, we carry Western confectionery and Japanese confectionery manufactured at our own factory by specialized flights. We always handle about 400 kinds of products such as bread, ice cream and wine. The central price range is 150 to 300 yen. In addition to cakes with reduced sugar and allergies that do not use milk, eggs, or wheat, seasonal menus such as sweets made with Shine Muscat from Yamanashi are also available.

According to Masahito Yamada, the company's Tohoku / Kita-Kantou area manager, it is rare in Japan to open a roadside store without a residence. The store area is 55 tsubo. A showcase centered on cakes will be placed in front of the entrance, and an island-type frozen showcase will be placed in the back of the store. There is a glass-walled manufacturing space on the road side, and you can see how it is baked. There are more than 30 parking lots.

Mr. Yamada says, "The pre-opening that started on the 8th has been well received and has made a good start. We aim to create a store that is easy and enjoyable for everyday use with a lineup that includes everything from gifts to home use."

Business hours are from 9:00 to 21:00. Admission may be restricted to prevent new coronavirus infections.
