30 new Tsugaru dialect badges will be on sale at the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival on April 17th.

On the Tsugaru dialect badge, the reading and standard translation, English notation, and illustrations that symbolize the words are drawn on the Tsugaru dialect. This year, 30 types of Tsugaru dialects such as "Jaigo (meaning the countryside)", "Yappa Maru (meaning nosy)", and "Donzu (meaning the buttocks)" have been added as new works.

Tamura Shoten, which manufactures and sells miscellaneous goods, manufactures. In 2017 (Heisei 29), we started manufacturing and selling Tsugaru dialect badges in line with the opening of stalls at the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival, and now there are more than 100 types including different colors.

Last year, the festival was canceled, so we didn't announce a new work. We made badges using infectious disease control slogans such as "Paguna" and gathered a lot of attention.

Regarding this year's new work, the owner, Mr. Nori Tamura, said, "Every year, I make a decision while discussing with myself from Nishimeya and a designer from Hirosaki. The illustration drawn in the background is excellent. "Jaigo" has the shape of Aomori prefecture, and "Donzu" has a playfulness such as peach, so I definitely want you to pick it up. "

"There are differences in nuances and usage depending on the region, and it may be pointed out, but I hope you enjoy including that as well."

The price is 300 yen per piece. The sales locations are "Aomori Prefecture Local Select" (Aomori City) in Aspam, Owani Town Regional Exchange Center Owani come (Owani Town), and direct sales office Noichiri (Hirosaki City). New works will be in stock at any time.
