    Hirosaki's cafe "TUBE LANE" ( Dotemachi , Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-35-9515 ) is currently looking for new shopkeepers.

    Mr. Nishitani is the owner of the cafe property, has run a select shop, and also handles remodeling and interior coordinators. Acquired the property in 2006 (Heisei 18) and runs a select shop on the first floor. It was renovated to start a cafe on the 2nd floor. “Originally, the property had a retro coffee shop, and we renovated it ourselves while retaining that atmosphere,” says Nishitani.

    The store area is 50 tsubo. The number of seats is 28. The management right of the store can be transferred and used as an unoccupied property. "There is no breakdown in the air conditioner and cooking utensils, and if there is something you don't need, we will consult you."

    "The impact of the new coronavirus is small, and after the May holidays, we are attracting customers, which is almost the same as last year," says Nishitani. "When I saw the customers relaxing in the store space, I felt strongly that I wanted to keep them. It's a difficult time because I can keep costs down compared to opening a new cafe, but I give it to someone who wants to challenge If possible, "he says.
