The demolition work of the building that had "Napolitan" near Hirosaki Park began on August 10.

The building, which is said to be nearly 100 years old, is a multi-storey store with a bookstore, a pharmacy, and a sweet shop. It was known that there was a Western restaurant "Spaghetti Shop Napolitan", and it was vacant since November 2011 when the store closed.

Napolitan was run by Junko Ozaki and Yasuo, who are also Beat Mari mothers, and it lasted 38 years at the store. Two children, Beat Mario, are known to be musicians and preside over the coterie circle "COOL&CREATE". Beat Mario has been attracting attention as the posted video of Beat Mario's song has been played over 1 million times on the video posting site.

The exchange of fans who went to Napolitan continued, and fans who heard that they would be dismantled gathered from all over the country last year to fulfill the "Sacred place pilgrimage".

A part of the site becomes a sidewalk. According to Kato Miso Soy Sauce Brewing Company, which owns the building, the demolition work is scheduled for the middle of August, and future plans have not been decided yet.
