This hotel is located near Nakamachi Komise Dori in the center of Kuroishi. “Nakamachi Komise Dori” has a wooden arcade-like passageway from the feudal era, and houses houses and breweries of merchants over 270 years old. The hotel, which opened on the site of "Seven soldiers pharmacy" that closed 10 years ago, has a "Komise"-like appearance to protect the scenery of the town.

Since there are no convenient accommodation facilities in Kuroishi City, the Komise Dori Shopping District Promotion Association has played a central role in starting accommodation facilities about three years ago. Construction started in October last year and was scheduled to be completed in March, but due to the influence of the new coronavirus, the opening was postponed for one month and it was June 1.

It is a two-story building with a total floor area of 887.78 square meters. There are 15 rooms on the 2nd floor, 4 types. In addition to a coffee shop space on the first floor, there is a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 120 people, and it can accommodate events and banquets.

According to Yoshin Murakami of the Komise Dori Shopping District Promotion Association, there was no uninterrupted day for guests for a month after the opening. "In some cases, business guests who originally stayed at accommodations in Hirosaki used this hotel. It would be great if we could not only use this hotel but also experience the charm of Kuroishi as much as possible."

Regarding the future, Mr. Murakami said, "It is a business hotel, but I would like to plan a sightseeing tour that will be the base point of sightseeing in Kuroishi on weekends. Since there is no hot spring in this hotel, we will transfer to hot spring facilities in the suburbs and guide around the city.
