There is also an affiliated store in the Aomori Bicycle Fujisaki outside store (Fujisaki Town Fujikoshi), and the Fujisaki store has been a tenant since the opening of the Aeon Fujisaki store.

    Mr. Hinai, who had been working part-time at the same store when he was in high school, graduated from a vocational school in Tokyo and made a U-turn to work for the company. Mr. Hinai said, "I have been working in our shop for over 15 years. We have developed menus such as crepes and sweets, not limited to ramen. All products are based on what you want to eat again."

    “I tried trial and error in the amount of amazake. I tried to keep the flavor of miso ramen so that people who are not good at amazake can eat it, and added garlic and ginger to the soup. Some people tasted it while scratching," says Mr. Hinai.

    "I'm proud to make amazake, also called "drip drip," in a ramen. It will be the winter season, and you can enjoy the warm ramen from your body," he says with a smile.
