The "Blaston-don" offered by "Yakisoba no Blast" (Kuroishi Ichibancho, TEL 090-4318-2751) in Kuroishi, Aomori Prefecture, has been attracting attention as a new local gourmet in Kuroishi.

Blaston bowl is a pork bowl in which 1 bowl of rice is served in a bowl of rice, and a large amount of pork ribs seasoned with sweet sauce and raw egg yolk are placed on top of it. The store, which serves local gourmet Kuroishi Tsuyu Yakisoba, started selling in January of this year. Mr. Haruji Miyazaki, the representative of the store, said, “I had always wanted to serve rice. I thought about what could be made from the same material as yakisoba, so I arrived at it”.

Mr. Miyazaki is from Kanagawa prefecture and moved to Kuroishi city where his wife's parents' home was in 2007. In 2009, we launched the Kuroishi Yakisoba Cheering Party Blast, a volunteer group that supports B-class gourmet Tsuyu Yakisoba in Kuroishi City. "Blast" is an abbreviation for "black stone" which means black stone. Together with volunteers, he is working hard at PR activities of Kuroishi Tsuyu Yakisoba at events throughout the prefecture and all over the country, and is supporting the acquisition of the B-1 Grand Prix.

"B-1 of the B-1 Grand Prix is B of the" brand "of the area. I hope that Blaston-don will contribute to the excitement of Kuroishi following Tsuyu Yakisoba," says Miyazaki. Following the store, some shops that offer butadon are appearing in the city.

The menu includes Blaston-don = 500 yen (large size 600 yen), Tsuyaki soba = 500 yen (large size 650 yen), Yakisoba = 350 yen (large size 500 yen), Black Yakisoba = 400 yen (use of Ikasumi, large size 600 yen). Offer. Takeout is also possible.

Business hours are from 10:00 to 17:30.
