More than half of Japan's apple production is made in Aomori Prefecture, and much of it is made in Hirosaki City. Hirosaki is a very large fruit and vegetable market in Hirosaki. We handle a lot of products, but we mainly deal with apples, and 100,000 boxes (about 20 kg per box) of apples are gathered in this market at the peak time. There are trucks and forklifts running around the market premises.
