The "Agricultural Fure Cafe Promotion Forum" was held on January 18th at Hotel New Castle (Kamisashishi-cho, Hirosaki City).

"Agricultural Fure Cafe" is an effort to promote an experience-based cafe that makes the most of agriculture and rural resources. The forum on this day mainly focused on the current status report of the project that started in 2017.

The forum is a three-part system, and the first part is a lecturer by Junko Abe of "Achan Apple Garden" (Numata City, Gunma Prefecture). In addition to introducing the history of the tourism apple orchard and activities so far, he also talked about recent trends, future goals, and current motivation.

In the second part, the Central South Region Prefectural Citizens Bureau Regional Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Department introduced actual examples. We will tell about the efforts to support farmers who want to open and provide a place for exchanging information, how to cook and eat harvested vegetables on the spot, walk around farms and gardens, and eat delicious seasonal ingredients Reported the implementation status of various styles.

Part 3 will have a panel discussion, and practitioners of "Agricultural Fure Cafe" such as Reiko Kami from "Petite Field of God" (Fujisaki Town) and Atsuko Fujita from "green note" (Hirakawa City) will be present as panelists. He shared his thoughts and experiences with the children, "I want to provide a place where people can enjoy themselves" and "I want to convey the appeal of agriculture and living."

In the latter half of the panel discussion, we had a discussion session on issues that occurred when we started and how to persuade our family and others.
