"Hirosaki City Apple Park" started selling original cider (apple cider) on January 7th.

A collaboration product by Hirosaki City Apple Park and Cider Studio Kimori. This is the 4th year, and the three apple varieties used as raw materials are "Wanglin", "Venus" and "Star Gold Coin". The alcohol content is 5%.

Kimori's representative, Satoshi Takahashi, says, "The three species used are all yellow varieties. There are ciders made from a single yellow variety, but it is unusual for all blended varieties to be yellow."

Apples are harvested at Hirosaki City Apple Park. It is said that the varieties change every year and the tastes are different. “There are about 1,500 apple trees with 80 varieties in the park, and the combinations are endless. This year, the characteristics of the three apples are well balanced and easy to drink,” says Takahashi.

The label has a logo design that stands out rather than the traditional square shape. Motonobu Saito of the Hirosaki Tourism and Convention Association, who planned the product, said, "I will do whatever I can. I hope that the number of apple farmers who can make ciders will increase even if I look at this effort."

The price is 1,080 yen with 375 ml. Limited to 700 pieces. It will be sold at the "Apple House" shop and the Rakuten shop in the Hirosaki City Apple Park.
