A new product "Hakuno Momoko Copped Bread" and "Kashiwa Nomomoto Apple Crepe" jointly developed by Aomori Prefectural Kashiwagi Agricultural High School (Arata Hirakawa City) and Lawson (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo) On October 30, sales began at Lawson 255 stores in Aomori prefecture.

This is the 5th collaboration project. Seven second-year students in the department of life science at the school developed ideas and jointly developed them with Kudo Pan (Aomori City). "We thought about making bread that could promote even a small amount of "Tsugaru no Momo" from Hirakawa, a local student, says Kaede Tozaki.

"Kashiwa no momo color coppe bread" is said to be particular about color. At the beginning of development, it was a normal coppe bread, but the students suggested that the coppe bread itself could be pink. Hideki Ebina of Kudo Bread reveals, "I kneaded the peach flavor into the dough and baked it slowly at low temperature to finish it," he said.

"Kashiwano Momoto Apple Crepe" is particular about the texture of apples and "is crisp," says Tozaki. Jam and cream made from peaches from Aomori prefecture are wrapped in crepe dough.

At the school festival held on the 28th, the "Kashiwa Nomo Momoiro Coppé Bread" was pre-sold, and the 200 prepared ones were sold out in an hour. Mr. Sotozaki smiles, "Starting from July, I was involved in this project almost every day during the summer vacation. It would be great if you could eat while thinking about what we made."

The price is 130 yen for "Kashiwano Momoiro Copped Bread" and 276 yen for "Kashiwano Momomoto Apple Crepe".
