"Sweets&Pub P-Factory" (Hirosaki City Millennium, TEL 0172-87-1773) near "Otani Line" Millennium Station" was renewed by expanding the eat-in space on August 18.

The same shop that manufactures Western confectioneries centering on bowl pudding. The store used as a factory was renovated and an eat-in space was added. Tetsuya Ebina, the owner of the store, said, "I have been requesting eat-in space for a long time, so I decided to do a sweets bar that can provide my favorite sake and sweets."

The store opened in 2005 and exhibited Western confectionery at department stores such as special events and direct sales. The store was relocated as a factory in 2010. At the time of this renewal, store sales were suspended, and only the roadside station Inakadate "Yayoi no Sato" (Inakakan) and Tsugaru service area (down) were available.

Yukari's wife, Yukari, said, "The bowl pudding was the pudding I was eating at home." The shop is in charge of Western confectionery production, and the recipe is based on what was eaten at home. "I just made a bowl of pudding when I heard that a girl in the store wanted to eat it. I never thought it would be a signboard menu."

Due to the renovation, the store area will be about 10 tsubo and 12 seats. The menu is bowl pudding (500 ml = 850 yen), rare cheesecake (500 yen), homemade salami chocolate (half = 1,000 yen, long = 2,000 yen). Drinks include soft drinks (200 yen each), Heineken, corona (400 yen), whiskey (1 shot = 200 yen, double = 300 yen), wine (bottle = 1,000 yen ~).

Mr. Ebina smiles, saying, "If you can enjoy yourself while enjoying the sweets that go well with sake," you can enjoy yourself.

Business hours are from 12:00 to 23:00. Closed on Mondays.
