Hirosaki club team "Brandue" collaborates with a junior college to play soccer for children
The "Brandue Hirosaki FC Kids Soccer School" was held on August 22nd at Tohoku Women's Junior College (Kamigaraga-cho, Hirosaki City).
This soccer school is held in collaboration with Hirosaki's adult soccer club, Brandue Hirosaki FC, and Tohoku Women's Junior College. Targeting children aged 4 to 6 years old, the goal is not only to exercise with the ball but also to move the body, and to broaden the base of sports.
The day started with an exercise using a soft soccer ball, set up simple goals and practiced shooting and played with the players. The children who participated were moving around cheerfully and playing with the players during the break.
Mika Kamada, a guardian with children, said, “I like Brandue and I sometimes go to watch games with my children. By practicing together, the children feel closer to the players I'm alive."
Dai Arai, who served as a teacher, smiled, "At first I couldn't even kick the ball, but now I'm happy to pass and shoot."
Classes are held every Wednesday at 15:00 at the school gym. Free to visit.
