One month has passed since the "Sana Baru Sanchan" (Hirosaki City Station, TEL 0172-36-6677) opened in front of Hirosaki Station.

Godai Yamamoto, who has been in charge of cooking various restaurants such as cafes and American dining in Aomori, Sapporo and Morioka, opened its own store for the first time. Mr. Yamamoto says, "I feel that there are few bar-style stores that can provide delicious fresh fish, probably because Hirosaki is located inland without the sea."

Mr. Yamamoto joined a company that handles food service business from his experience as a cooking part-time job at a family restaurant when he was a student. He said he gained the opportunity to train at a Chinese restaurant in a hotel in Tokyo and set up an original store.

Mr. Yamamoto said, “Most cooking is self-study. With the motto of “loving food” that I learned in my twenties, I searched in books and online and tried and tried to reproduce the food that I felt delicious at home.” Look back.

The store area is 34 tsubo and the number of seats is 26. We opened a tenant in a tenant that was vacant for nearly 10 years. “The name of the store is based on my name. I wanted to create a bright image of sunflowers and the sun, so I just read the mountain as a sun and attached it properly,” says Yamamoto. “It makes me look fashionable because I chose Italian Bar. I have no sense,” he smiles.

The oyster (350 yen) from Ofunato Bay on the menu offers three types of eating methods: white wine steamed, baked, and raw. Oceans platter (1,880 yen) with sashi patch and raw oysters, assorted fresh fish sashi patch (930 yen), "THE ★ Men's Paella" (1,280 yen), etc. are also available. The drink menu includes "Kobore Sparkling Wine" (550 yen), various cocktails, glass wine, sake, etc.

One month has passed since the store opened, Mr. Yamamoto said, "We aim to create a store that can be used after work, on a date, or by yourself without hesitation, and provide customers who come with "what they really want to eat". I want to continue."

Business hours are from 17:00 to 23:30. Closed on Sundays.
