"2018 Lifelong Beauty Koi's COLLECTION" was held on April 2nd at Aomori Prefecture Hair Artist College (Omotemachi, Hirosaki City).

This event was organized by the “Lifelong Beauty Love Party” (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), which raises the interest of the beauty and beauty industry and increases the number of people who can work locally and activates the industry. It is currently being deployed in 8 areas nationwide, and this is the third time it has been held in Aomori.

On the same day, more than 40 people visited, including some elementary school students who participated as parents and children. The event is divided into two parts. In the first half, mainly the experience corners such as cutting and hair arranging, and in the second half, three local beauticians held a talk event to develop the voices of the site and their experiences.

Hirosaki's local idol "Ringo Musume" also participated all day as a guest, enjoyed hands-on events with visitors, and talked about the relationship between idol activities and the beauty industry at talk events. Mr. Wang Lin, the leader, reveals, "Hairdresser was a longing profession. I even thought about going to a beauty school."

Yuka Shichinohe, a second-year student at a high school in Hirosaki, says, "I'm interested in working in the beauty and beauty industry in the future, and I'm glad I could hear the voices of those who work there. It was helpful for the future."

Ken Kawashima, Managing Director of “Love for Lifelong Beauty” said, “In the beauty and beauty industry, the number of applicants is low and the turnover rate is high. Aomori has a particularly strong sense of crisis compared to other areas, I think it was easier to get the image of working locally by listening to the live voices of the people who work there."
