On February 16th, "Let's sleep soundly in the planetarium" was held at Hirosaki Cultural Center (Shimohiragincho, Hirosaki City).

The event is held once a year as part of the "cool adult training course". Takashi Aburagawa, the event manager, said, “I want you to relax while watching the stars in a warm building. I planned it to be a place to heal your daily fatigue.”

This time, Yayoi Tsurumi of the Michinoku Astronomical Club served as a lecturer and explained the constellations and the total lunar eclipse in the first hour. In the latter half of the 30 minutes, the starry sky is projected on the entire dome as "rest time". I introduced the change of constellations according to the season.

It is the fourth time this year, and there are many repeaters. There was also a participant who brought a blanket. After the event, those who slept deeply were given a "deep sleep certificate" and those who woke up to the end were given a "completeness certificate".

A woman in her 40s living in Hirosaki who said that she participated for the first time and got a certificate of completion shows a smile, ``I felt a little sleepy in a comfortable space where the voices of wild birds and the sounds of insects could flow without getting a good night's sleep.'' ..
