Hirosaki's soup curry store “Cafe Boa Solte” (Hirosaki City Ishikawa, TEL 0172-26-7337) relocated and opened on August 2.

The same restaurant that offers soup curry with a focus on ingredients from the Tsugaru region. It opened in a log house near the Tohoku Expressway Owani Hirosaki interchange in February of this year, and closed on July 17 for relocation. Ryoichi Yamauchi, the store manager, explains the reason for the move, "Because there are limits to the kitchen equipment because we are making one by one after receiving an order, there are many cases where we have to wait."

The store area is about 60 tsubo and the number of seats is 34. “Using the large store, we are exhibiting and selling the works of local artists and healing stones handled by Oyu stone materials (Iwadate Yamanoi, Hirakawa City) that are the management body,” says Yamauchi. "There are also rare stones such as sinking bowls. I would like you to see and touch them while waiting."

There are 3 types of soup curry: vegetable (950 yen), sausage, bacon (1,200 yen or more). Choose soup from tomato and creamy (plus 50 yen) and choose 10 levels of spiciness. We will prepare pasta menu such as soft-boiled egg and Napolitan (800 yen), shimeji tomato cream and curry menu such as yellow curry, spinach & cheese curry (900 yen or more).

The stone mill coffee (400 yen) in the drink menu uses coffee mills made of Oyu stone to grind coffee beans. Mr. Yamauchi is confident, "By using a stone mill, we can provide coffee without impairing the aroma of coffee."

Regarding the future, Mr. Yamauchi is enthusiastic about "increasing the base soup, adding new ingredients, and lots of ideas.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 16:00. Closed on Tuesdays.
