Hirosaki's coffee shop "Meikamu and Coffee Sunflower" (Sakamoto-cho, Hirosaki City) started selling the reprint menu "Wiener Doria" on February 19th.

The same store that was founded in 1959. Inside the store is a collection of paintings and pottery collected by Noboru Mikami, the first store owner, and the window glass that he ordered from Germany is used for the old doorway. It is also designated as a "tasteful building" selected by Hirosaki City.

The reprint menu "Wiener Doria" is a doria with cheese and a wiener attached using original olive oil and white sauce. The price is 980 yen (with salad and drink).

“The menu was made with hot dog wieners for doria. I can't remember in detail, but it was served from the early 1990s until around 2000,” said Chisuko Mikami, the owner.

Regarding the reason for the reprint, Chisuko said, “Since our customer base is large regardless of age or sex, I wanted to make a menu for children. I plan to restart Wiener Doria for children, but adults will order it for me. Reveals." There was no customer ordering because it was not advertised at the beginning of the restart, but when it was posted on the blackboard at the entrance, the number of orders began to increase, and it is said to be a popular menu at the store now.

Chisuko says with a smile, "I left my son in charge of the store, and the number of menus increased and I couldn't keep up. I would like to reduce the number of menus in the future."
