On February 13th, Hirosaki's sweets shop “Angelic Hirosaki” (Noda, Hirosaki City) started a project to support Barista, Shun Chiba, who participates in the “Coffee Ferate Art World Congress Tokyo”.

Mr. Chiba will participate in the "Coffee Festrate Art World Congress Tokyo" at Tokyo Big Sight from April 12th. It was planned to give the opportunity to create as much latte art as possible under the title of "Support for World Contest Participation". When you order a cafe latte (hot), it will be offered with the cake in the showcase for 500 yen.

Mr. Chiba, who also participated in the "Coffee Festate Art Japan Championship 2016 Osaka Tournament" last October. We wanted to spread latte art that has not taken root in Aomori, so we opened a latte art class after participating in the competition. Mr. Chiba smiles, "I can convey the joy of latte art little by little."

Lost in the second round at the previous tournament. "I want to aim for the top in the next world competition," he shows enthusiasm. Regarding the project, "I want to thank the owners and staff for their cooperation, and the customers who came to visit us."
