The cafe "zilch", which closed in February 2015, will be reopened in the cafe area for the first time in about two years for a limited time. Events will be held during the period. On January 29th, a seminar titled "Italian cheese and olive oil mariage" will be held, and the organic shop "Aburaya Fukuroku" (Oshimizu, Hirosaki City) will be in charge. On February 13th, “zilch studio sweets lesson” will be held, a tart workshop will be held, and cheeses will be made at popular local stores.
