Smoked food, which is a signboard menu, surveyed the stores in the same side street and decided as a non-competitive dish.

Mr. Sato looked back on the three months since the pre-opening in July and said, ``Mr. Katsumi Miyakawa of the Shimodate-machi shopping district association who asked for consultation from the concept stage and cooperated with the opening suddenly died in September this year. It was a shock to have done that." For nearly a month, he didn't put much effort into store sales, but he said, "I'm getting encouraged by the people around me now, and I'm gradually becoming more positive. There are 8 counter seats. Smoked items on the signboard menu include chicken smoked products, 2 types of cheese smoked products (above, 500 yen), smoked sets (4 kinds = 900 yen, 7 kinds = 1,400 yen). Students will get a 10% discount on all items and prepare a student set (1,500 yen) with 3 items and 2 drinks.

Mr. Sato says, "There are still few students, but I am gradually coming to this side street. I would like to make the store a place to create various opportunities."

Business hours are from 18:00 to 24:00. Closed on Tuesdays.
