Nakamiso has been loved as a soul food by Hirosaki citizens for over 40 years at the food court located on the basement floor of the department store. Commercialized as a co-sponsored project by the department store, which celebrates its 120th anniversary, and Mutsu Shinposha, which celebrates its 70th anniversary.

Nakamiso is a food court at the Nakasangoshogawara store, which closed in 2006, and began selling in 1969. In order to make it a miso ramen that can be accepted by the residents of the Tsugaru area, who were used to "yaki-dried Chinese buckwheat noodles," the trial manufacture was repeated even after the sale.

The current Nakamiso started selling at the same time as the department store that opened in 1971. At that time, it was not supported by Hirosaki citizens, so the base of the soup was changed from white miso to red miso, ground minced meat was changed to poultry meat, and white-only pepper was changed to white and black. Since then, Hirosaki Nakamiso has gained the support of students.

Currently, there are many fans who stop by every time they go home. Takahiko Higuchi, Sales Planning Division of Chuzo, said, “When the information was made public, it spread to an unprecedented number of people on SNS, and there were inquiries from outside the prefecture. In the future, it can be provided in the form of Internet sales. I would like to consider such a mechanism."

The price is 390 yen. It will be sold at the food corner of the same store on the basement floor. A tasting corner will be set up on the same day. Business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00.
