In the tournament format, the 16 teams remaining in the qualifying battle will compete and decide the best in Japan. Former professional baseball pitcher and Hirosaki city employee Masaru Imaseki, who has been appointed manager since last year, leads the team. At the same competition last year, they lost 14-0 in the first round.
