On April 6th, the cafe "Dolf." (Dotemachi, Hirosaki City) began offering a morning-only menu item, "100 yen pancakes."

The signature dish at this store is the "Meal Pancake." Two former classmates, Yoshihide Oyu and Fuga Takaya, who returned to their hometown, opened the store on December 22nd last year. Conveniently located at the intersection of Dotemachi and Daikanmachi, the store is popular with female customers in their 20s and 30s.

The opening time was previously 10:00, but has been changed to 7:00 for a limited time. The "100 yen pancake" offers one meal pancake, lettuce, homemade whipped butter and maple for 100 yen. Toppings such as scrambled eggs (150 yen) and bacon (200 yen) are also available. The "meal pancake (980 yen)" is available for 700 yen during morning hours.

Oyu says, "We started our restaurant with the concept of being a place to begin and end your day. We've always been able to serve pancakes at night, but now we're finally ready to offer them in the morning as well."

Three months after opening, the restaurant is continuing to experiment with new ideas, such as offering limited-edition pancakes and changing opening hours. Oyu-san says, "We both decided to return to our hometown of Hirosaki because we wanted to liven up our hometown. We want to provide new services that will bring more vitality to Dotemachi."

Morning hours are from 7:00 to 10:00. Closed on Tuesdays. Until May 6th.
