Hirosaki's Western confectionery shop "Patisserie Verger" (Hyakuseki-cho, Hirosaki City) started selling "Tsugaru Dosokora" on February 1st.

As a Valentine's Day project, this product is a collaboration of five specialty products from the Tsugaru region, centered around Hirosaki, and chocolate.

Each of the special products is mixed with "Tsugaru Koji Miso", "Apple Jyoyu", "Sakura", "Denshu", and "Apple". Pastry chef Arashika says, "A product that makes use of local specialties that are familiar to us. The idea I had been thinking about since last summer was finally commercialized."

It was said that "Take" was the most difficult product to commercialize. "There are two layers of chocolate, ganache and caramel in the chocolate. We had a hard time making the harmony that the caramel remains as an aftertaste while leaving the sweet sake flavor," he said. It takes 3 days to manufacture, and it takes time to make each one.

In order to make it easier to understand the subtle differences in the aftertaste, such as "Tsugaru Koji Miso" and "Ringojoyu", we classified each chocolate and wrote the name of the special product on the package. "The package design is simple so that you can enjoy eating and comparing," he says.

In the 10th year since the opening of business, "I feel the importance of transmitting from Hirosaki, not from Tokyo. I would like to start a plan because it is Hirosaki. The price is 1,325 yen. It will be sold at the special store on the first floor of the same store and Sakurano Hirosaki store. The number of preparations is 200. Sales will end as soon as they are gone. Until February 14th.
