The "Tsuruhashi Fugetsu Hirosaki Store" (Dote Town, Hirosaki City) opened on December 1 at the site of "Ushikaku Hirosaki Dotemachi Store" in Hirosaki.

Tsuruhashi Fugetsu is an okonomiyaki restaurant with its main store in front of Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka. The chain has been expanded mainly in the Kansai area and currently has 80 stores nationwide. It has stores overseas, but it will be the first store in the Tohoku area. The service is characterized by the staff baking okonomiyaki when they place an order, and the sauce has not changed its manufacturing method 60 years ago.

Yukino Funaki, the store manager, belongs to Landward (Matsumori Town), which operates franchise restaurants such as "Gyukaku", "Toriden" and "Tenya" in the city. I went to a chain store in Kansai for four months to study Okonomiyaki. “I really liked okonomiyaki during my training, and I want to spread the goodness of okonomiyaki to Hirosaki,” he said.

It's been about a week since the store opened, and I'm feeling the response that "a nearby office worker is already a repeater." “I would like people who come to Tohoku to come and think about visiting Tsuruhashi Fugetsu in Hirosaki,” says Funaki.

The store area is about 43 tsubo. There are 74 seats and 16 tables. The menu includes beef shredded leek Tsukimitama (1,177 yen), Chi Tamabuta Modern (1,350 yen), Fugetsu-yaki (1,252 yen), and Yakisoba with plenty of vegetables (normal, 1 ball = 1,004 yen). In addition, teppanyaki, one item, salted menu is also available. Topping menus such as cheese and kimchi (above 302 yen) are also available, and you can choose "Joppari" sake for Hirosaki store only.
