"Yakiniku Gyuten" (Aoyama, Hirosaki City) opened on June 1 near the Hirosaki Police Station.

This restaurant offers yakiniku in private rooms. The operating company "Flyheit" operates a take-out charcoal-grilled meat bento restaurant "Renou" in Hirosaki. The company's president, Yuki Takeda, said, "From the beginning, it was my dream to open a yakiniku restaurant. When I saw the status of the new coronavirus infection, I was finally able to open a restaurant."

In January 2020, Mr. Takeda opened “Renzakura” (Izumi). The second store opened in Ishiwata in July of the same year, but it was a yakiniku bento store. “I felt that now is not the time to open a yakiniku restaurant because of the coronavirus pandemic,” says Takeda.

The store area is 60 tsubo. Over 60 seats available. There are 7 private rooms for 4 people, 1 private room for 8 people, and 1 private room that can be reserved for up to 28 people. Mr. Takeda says confidently, "We focused on luxury and specialness for the interior, and we stuck to a reasonable price range for the meat to satisfy customers." The name of the restaurant comes from the name of the god of cows, Gozu Tenno.

The menu includes "Omakase Mori" (2 servings = 3,480 yen, 2 to 3 servings = 4,980 yen, 4 to 5 servings = 6,980 yen), as well as tsubo-zuke offal (380 yen), beef ribs (580 yen), and pork. In addition to sagari (660 yen), fresh lamb (880 yen), and assorted vegetables (680 yen), there are also a la carte menus, noodles, and desserts. The lunch menu includes the "half cold noodle yakiniku rice set" (1,000 yen).

Mr. Takeda says with a smile, "We want to take advantage of our strength as a yakiniku restaurant with private rooms, and make it a restaurant that is popular with families and dates."

Business hours are from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00.
