On November 7, "Warmth Kitchen Nachura" (TEL 0172-88-7199) will celebrate its first anniversary in Hirosaki Chuo Market (Kamibote-cho, Hirosaki City).

The restaurant sells bento and side dishes with a homey taste and atmosphere. Takaya Ishioka, the store manager, worked for the Ground Self-Defense Force for about 10 years, and after working in the transportation industry, he started a lunch box shop with his colleagues in the market in 2012. It was decided to withdraw from the market in 2013, but Mr. Ishioka, who was in charge of cooking, decided to stay independently as it is. After about a year of preparation, the store opened on November 7, 2014.

“There was a blank for a year at the time of opening, so the customers who came to us at the previous store had left the market,” says Ishioka. While continuing to deliver catered lunches by relying on the previous method, people who gradually came to visit by word of mouth began to return. "Recently, people who work in nearby areas such as Dote-cho and Hyakuseki-cho often visit us at lunchtime," he says with a smile.

The name of the store was named after "I want to create a natural atmosphere that blends into my daily life." According to Mr. Ishioka, "It is a market that has been loved by citizens for many years, but it is still rare for young people to visit. We are planning the event little by little to create a space where such people naturally gather." ..

The menu includes "Omuraisu" (400 yen), daily lunch (500 yen), bean rice lunch (500 yen), sandwich (ham egg fried = 270 yen, ham and egg = 220 yen). In addition, freshly brewed coffee (150 yen) and irregularly sold "Kimagure Pudding" (120 yen) are also available.

Business hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 (finished as soon as the products run out). Closed on Thursdays.
