This shop sells more than 20 types of coffee beans and Mino ware pottery. It opened in July 2005 and celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. In the shop, you can taste coffee with Mino ware pottery, and many repeat customers say, "Coffee with Mino ware pottery has a different taste than drinking with a cup."

Mr. Noriyuki Matsubara, a store manager from Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, had a dream to convey Mino ware to all over Japan, and he wholesaled the ware in the Kanto region, but with his wife, Naoko, from the city. Moved in 2005 at the edge. Therefore, we thought it would be difficult to sell only the pots, so we opened the same store that sells pots and coffee beans with the concept of drinking coffee from Mino ware.

At Thanksgiving, coffee beans and coffee utensils will be sold at a special price, and a huge apple pie will be distributed free of charge to the first 150 people on the 24th. For details, it will be announced on newspaper inserts and official websites in the city and some areas on the 23rd.

Mr. Matsubara says that he found a surprising relationship where he had known each other as friends since he started living in the city, and said, "Hirosaki is attractive because it has strong connections with other people." I want to make a cafe in Hirosaki City where you can enjoy light meals so that many people will know." ..
