“I want to be an Italian restaurant where people can easily eat,” says the owner, Katsunori Akaishi. In his 20s, he worked as a French restaurant in Yokohama and Aomori and gained experience as a cook. He said that he worked in an izakaya and a bar in the city and studied how to serve cocktails assuming bar time.

The store area is about 8 tsubo. There are 13 seats. The interior was finished in white for women, and Akaishi's wife was in charge of the menu on the blackboard and the calendar drawn at the entrance of the glass door. Two weeks after the store opened, he smiled, saying, "A male customer would eat alone and then visit a female customer at a later date."

Since Hirosaki has full-fledged Italian and French restaurants, it is said that it was prepared as a menu with a low threshold and a familiar atmosphere. "If you say Napolitan, it's a Showa gourmet food. The rice cooked on an iron plate is also popular, and I want you to eat it while keeping your mouth area bright red."

There are 4 types of lunch menus: pasta lunch, stewed hamburger steak, risotto lunch, and gratin lunch (850 yen). It comes with salad and soup, and you can add a drink or honey vanilla ice cream for 150 yen. In addition, we also have food menus such as handmade "Shrimp Gratin" (1,000 JPY), "Oyster Gratin" (1,200 JPY), Margherita (800 JPY), Mushroom and Potato Pizza (900 JPY). Draft beer (600 yen), various cocktails (750 yen) and non-alcoholic menu are offered at bar time (charge = 300 yen).

Business hours are lunch = 12:00 to 15:00, bar = 17:00 to 23:00. Closed on Sundays.
