The number of visitors is currently changing at rice field art held in Inakadate Village, Aomori Prefecture.

Rice field art from the same village that has been held at two venues since 2012. This year's theme is "Gone with the Wind" for the first rice field art, and "Star Wars: Awakening of the Force" where the new series for the second rice field art will be released from December. The theme of the film is old and new masterpieces, and it was a topic before the time of its full bloom.

According to the planning and tourism section of the village, the number of visitors as of August 23 was 9.3% higher for the first rice field art and 27.9% higher for the second rice field art. Comparing the number of visitors, the first rice field art was more than usual every year, but the second rice field art was more this year.

In the second rice field art, the theme was "Seven Lucky Gods" and "Mazinger Z" in 2012, "Ultraman" in 2013, and "Sazae-san" in 2014, and handled characters such as anime and special effects heroes. Mr. Takatoshi Asari of the same department smiles at the present result, "Thanks to the force".

In the future, rice paddy art will start to turn the rice into autumn colors. Asari says, "The change in color is one of the pleasures of rice field art.
