This restaurant offers café menus such as hamburgers, Neapolitan and sweets. The site area is 50 square meters. There are 28 seats. Mr. Shinpei Inoue, who has experience studying in the United States, acts as the shopkeeper. "I liked the hamburgers I had in one country in the United States, and sometimes I had three of them hamburgers," he said.

"Hamburgers are home-cooked meals in the United States. Simple food with buns, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and patties, but deep," he said. We are particular about vegetables from Aomori prefecture, and try to reproduce the hamburger that was eaten at that time, with patty made only from prefecture beef.

The menu includes hamburgers (900 yen), avocado burgers (820 yen), double burgers (1,680 yen), and Napolitan with apple pulp (820 yen). A drink set will be added for 260 yen (360 yen when homemade ginger ale is selected). Drinks include coffee (380 yen), iced coffee (480 yen), apple cider (320 yen), etc. The hamburger also supports delivery.

The name of the store is said to be "Dubois," which means "tree" or "forest" in French, in association with a log house-made store. “The reason why we chose“ experiment space ”is because we want to try various menus,” says Inoue.
