A work and art exhibition "Kodenten in Tenkumura 2015" will be held in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture from July 18th to 20th.

The same exhibition where 37 handmade art artists from all over Japan gather. The venue, "Tenku-mura," is on the slope of the mountain facing the Hakkoda area from the Tohoku Expressway "Kuroishi IC" toward the left. It used to be an apple field, but since 1996 writers working on pottery and sculpture creation activities have moved to the area, and the number of facilities such as kilns, ateliers, and restaurants attached to galleries has increased.

The venue is divided into 5 areas, and shuttle buses run every 4 to 5 minutes. “The venue is a sloping place, so I didn't have to go up as much as I did this year,” says Mina Tsuchiya, the executive committee. "The number of supporting companies has increased about four times compared to last year, and we did not have enough leaflets with 10,000 copies," he said.

A restaurant will be set up near the entrance to prepare the city's B-class gourmet "Kuroishi Tsuyaki Soba" and sweets using the ingredients of the prefecture. In the adjacent open garden parsley field, about 6 meters of sinking noodles will be built. “Because the roses are in full bloom, I want you to enjoy Nagashi Somen while watching the roses,” says Tsuchiya, who smiles. "It will be an exciting event this year, with repeat writers preparing new works for this event, new writers coming, etc."
