Charlie is a tattoo artist with a career of more than 25 years, starting tattoos at the age of 15 under the father and father of the famous Los Angeles store "spotlght tattoo", Bob Roberts. He has tattooed famous Hollywood celebrities and musicians such as Janet Jackson, and since 1999 he has started a world tour where he does guest work in Europe, Japan and Thailand. This is the first tour in 3 years.

Charlie says, "It's been three years since I came to Hirosaki." He revealed the reason why Hirosaki was selected for the tour, which travels to eight cities across the country, because there is Takehisa Hayakawa. Hayakawa is the manager of the salon and one of Japan's leading tattoo artists. It is said that there were visitors from outside the city who nominated Mr. Hayakawa, and some from Okinawa in the distance.

“I would like to make tattoos with an underground image take root as a culture even in Hirosaki,” said Hayakawa in 2007. I met Charlie 10 years ago. Longing for Charlie, I went to a store in Los Angeles. Charlie laughs, "I don't remember" that Hayakawa-san had a tattoo on his right upper arm, but Hayakawa clearly remembers the time.

Charlie says that she had tattooed 10 guests during her one-week stay. "Many people in Hirosaki are countrymen and they are shy," he said. I was so impressed by watching Neputa on the last tour, but this time I smiled that I liked the hormone.
