On April 24th, the multi-purpose cafe "LA SAISON" (Hirosaki City Daikancho, TEL 0172-37-4666) opened in Hirosaki City Daikanmachi.

Kaoru Kamata, the store manager, and Kazuyuki Kamata, the owner of the store, run the study school "Hogakukan" on the second floor of the building. “The first floor has been left as a vacant tenant for a long time, and if it helps to activate Hirosaki even a little,” he decided to start a cafe around December of last year. I was encouraged by the opening of a cafe by a friend of the same generation, and Kaoru said, “I thought we could do it ourselves.”

The site area is 50 tsubo. There are 25 seats. Most of the interiors are handmade by two people. The counter was made of recycled wood from the study desk. The small items and miscellaneous goods displayed as displays are the works of local artists, and are also on sale. "If it's a place where as many people as possible can see the works of the authors," says Kazuyuki, a hand-painted digital painting work that he took advantage of the experience of oil painting and acrylic painting that he started when he was a student. Is on sale for sale. We also offer a photo print enlargement service on the large format printers, which have a high degree of interest, in the store.

The drink menu includes hot coffee espresso (180 yen), cappuccino, cafe latte (over 240 yen), various teas (180 yen and up), and carbonated juice (280 yen) that you can blend your favorite. We offer various types of fresh bread (from 130 yen), muffins, cookies (150 yen or more) on the snack menu. There is a space for reading and studying at the back of the store, and there is also a private desk rental service (¥ 4,600 / month).

“The price is set low for the students to use,” says Kaoru. As I thought, "I want to make it a place where I can feel free to enter," it was a place where graduates of the cram school who returned home during the holidays visited the store and reported each other's current situation and career path during the opening of Golden Week. It was “I'm glad I started the store because some graduates went to me everyday,” he says with a smile.

Business hours are from 12:00 to 19:00. Closed Sunday and Monday.
