The calligraphy exhibition being exhibited in the underground passage at the Ito-Yokado Hirosaki store (in front of Hirosaki-shi station) has been talked about as "too free."

This exhibition will be held for the fifth time this year. Sakurafu Miura, the Sakurafu branch of the Japan Education Calligraphy Association, is currently teaching calligraphy to 25 elementary school students. Regarding the purpose of the event, he said, "I wanted children to enjoy the calligraphy and see the work by many people, regardless of their skill."

Miura gives a theme every year, and the contents are freely written. This year's themes include "Sake," "World Heritage," "Favorite Celebrities," "Shuzo Matsuoka's Daily Calendar," and "Thanks." Some of them have written the names of celebrities who caused problems last year, but said there are no restrictions.

There are voices on the Internet, such as "too free," "smiles," and "everyone is promising in the future" (original mom), which has become a hot topic. “When you look at how happy you are, there is something wrong,” says Miura. "I want to hold it again next year," he said with enthusiasm.

Business hours are from 9:00 to 21:00. The exhibition is until April 3rd.
