"Takemi" is a sweet corn that is cultivated and harvested in the foothills of Mt. It has a sugar content of about 18 degrees or more and is as sweet as a fruit, making it very popular. "You" is a Tsugaru dialect and refers to corn.

If you become an owner under this system, you can become an owner of one section (about 3 tsubo) of the "Takemi Kimi" field, and you can experience the harvest at the time of harvest scheduled in early September. The experience is only for harvesting, and the staff of the corporation will take care of the fields. After the experience of harvesting, you can take "Takemi" with you. If you can't come to the harvest in a distant place, the staff will do the harvest for you and provide a service to send "Takemi".
