The "tea room baton" in the Hirosaki Civic Center (Shimohiragin-cho, Hirosaki City) will extend the service period of the special menu.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of its opening, the store opened a special menu on January 9 to commemorate the completion of the stained glass "Blue Time" that was set up in November last year. “I created it after checking the“ Sano Blue ”by Sano Nui, a western painter from Hirosaki, who supervised the stained glass,” says store manager Hitoshi Urushidate. It was planned to be offered for a limited time until February 8th, but it has been extended to 28th due to favorable reception.

The special menu has two types of sweets based on blue. A cheesecake is placed in the center, and the "blue color jelly blue hour dessert plate" (700 yen), which is made of steuben, apple, blackcurrant, peach, and grapefruit jelly topped with mango slices, and five colors of jelly are floated on cider. "Blue Time Punch" (650 yen).

The same building designed by Kunio Maekawa, a modern architect representing Japan. The building is characterized by exposed concrete outer walls and brightly colored inner walls and ceilings such as blue and red. The store, which opened with the renewal in January last year, has been operating for a year. Mr. Lacquer Tate said, "I think we have finally started." I am proud that I have been able to open the "Tea and Coffee Company" in Dotemachi for 19 years and open it in Hirosaki instead of in the local Towada. "I want to continue to value the customers who enjoy their coffee time in this building."
