On June 1st, "Kyaki-yaki Pancake & Cafe Piyo" (TEL 0172-32-2100 ) opened in the entrance hall on the 1st floor of Ito-Yokado Hirosaki store (in front of Hirosaki station).

A pancake specialty store that uses eggs and milk from the prefecture and bake them one by one after receiving an order. We opened a store on the site of "Italian Tomato Cafe Jr." Management is Hosho (Noda, Hirosaki City). Hosho deals with the "Tosho Fujisaki store," which is a restaurant that sells ramen and soft serve ice cream mainly in crepes in the AEON Fujisaki store (Fujisaki town) food court.

“We want to make the store so that people who are busy near Hirosaki Station can calm down and rest,” said Riji Hinai, the store manager. The store area is 21 tsubo, with 28 seats. Currently, it operates with a reduced number of seats.

The menu includes kiln-baked pancake plain (720 yen), chocolate pancake (800), strawberry pancake using Inakadate's dried strawberries (880 yen), pizza (720 yen ~) and doria (720 yen). Yen~) etc. As a drink menu, we will prepare blended coffee (380 yen) that can be siphoned, soybean coffee using Aomori soybeans (420 yen), and water-only coffee limited to 10 cups a day (500 yen). Tax not included.

Mr. Hinai says, "It takes about 20 minutes to serve pancakes. It's baked slowly, so I have to wait. I can make it smoothly if I make a reservation in advance. It also corresponds to takeout."

Mr. Hinai opened "Crepe & cafe Piyo", which offers sweets by mobile sales car, on May 11th. He said he thought of a service that would allow people without transportation to go out and sell sweets. Menu includes cream brulee crepe (400 yen). Since there are no events at the moment, it is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays in a parking lot for business. The place of sale will be announced on SNS.

Mr. Hinai says, "I want to challenge what I can do only at a local store, increase the number of locally produced menus that can convey the charm of Hirosaki, and support the local community."

Business hours are from 9:00 to 19:30. Food is served from 10:00 to 19:00.
