    The ramen shop "Nakamiso" in Hirosaki's department store "Nakasan" will start selling "Chilled Nakamiso" on May 22.

    "Miso-miso" is a miso ramen that has been popular as a soul food for Hirosaki citizens for more than 40 years at the food court in the middle-third basement floor. It is also known as a local flavor that is full of locals who come from outside the prefecture during the New Year and Obon homecoming season.

    "Chilled Nakamiso" is a product that is only available in the summer, and you can eat "Chilled miso" cold like Chinese food. Mr. Takahiko Higuchi of the “Chusan” Sales Planning Division shows his confidence that “it has been an idea since 2016 when we sold chilled products, and I have begun to chill”.

    It was said that it had a hard time adjusting the amounts of ginger and garlic because the flavor of the fillet was weakened by cooling. Unlike normal "miso-miso", noodles use hand-rubbed noodles and topped with itchi pepper. “The recommended way to eat is to double the spiciness,” says Higuchi.

    Since February this year, Nakamiso has been selling a limited new menu called "Nakamiso Scallop and Rape Butter Saute" (890 yen). Last year, we sold Nakamiso yakisoba, and in recent years there have been many new product developments. Higuchi says, "We will continue to have ideas for new menus, and in mid-June we will prepare a takeout for chilled soup."

    The price is 600 yen. Only 10 meals a day to avoid congestion.
