Sakura Miku is a character derived from the virtual idol "Hatsune Miku". He has been appointed as an official support character since last year's Hirosaki Sakura Festival, and plans to continue until this time. Last year we collaborated with Hirosaki Neputa Festival.

The Hirosaki Sakura Festival is a festival held in Hirosaki Park where 2600 cherry trees bloom, and is visited by tourists from Japan and overseas every year. This year, the event was canceled from April 23 to prevent new coronavirus infection.

The Hirosaki Tourism and Convention Association, which said, "I was carefully considering the announcement of the collaboration project," decided to make an announcement after receiving the announcement that the Sakura Festival was cancelled. A B2 size collaboration poster using the main visual drawn by illustrator iXima will be posted. The person in charge said, "We are thinking about ways to educate people about infection prevention while telling them to stop the Sakura Festival."

In addition to the cover of the tourist information magazine "Guide Hirosaki 2020" (350 yen), which will be sold from April 1, at bookstores in Aomori Prefecture and Lawson in the Tsugaru area, and a special feature page, Sakura Miku is designed in the park. Install a bonobo.

It also sells collaboration products with local companies. Kudo Bread (Aomori City) is currently selling "British toast" in collaboration with Sakura Miku, as well as apple juice. We also hold a collaboration campaign with the central shopping district. Character goods using 2020 illustrations will be sold at city sightseeing facilities, but it will be officially announced by "Charaani" after March 30.

This year, we will prepare a plan on the net and will soon release a Hatsune Miku version of the "101st Sakura" released by Aomori's local idol "RINGOMUSUME" in 2018. We plan to release a video of the cherry blossoms taken this year and a video using the illustrations of Miku Sakura that we have announced so far in mid-May. The flag installation and stamp rally in Hirosaki City held last year will not be held. Regarding the future collaboration between Sakura Festival and Sakura Miku, the person in charge said, "We are currently making adjustments so we cannot make an announcement."
