Ongakudo Hiroro store (Ekimae-cho, Hirosaki-shi) will start "Ochaya's Christmas soft ice cream" on December 1st for a limited time.

Tamunodo (Tamachi) is a Japanese tea specialty store founded in 1968. With the motto "Happiness with Japanese tea," we will strive to spread Japanese tea and establish three stores in the city. The store is a favorite of the citizens as a gift for Nakamoto and year-end gifts under the name of "Gakucha no Tamakudo." Daisuke Kimura, the inventor, said, “Because the teahouse is an approach to Christmas.”

Mr. Kimura said that while offering "Matcha Kake Soft Cream" (= 320 yen), the green soft ice cream sprinkled with Matcha "is like a tree". The idea that led to the sale was the idea that came out during the meeting. “I made a light suggestion,” laughs.

This product uses "Matcha-gake soft serve ice cream" as a Christmas tree, topped with slices of alazan and almonds, and star-shaped chocolate. When I made a blog announcement in advance, the response was so strong that I jumped 5 to 10 times more than the usual number of accesses. Some people stopped at the pop advertisement installed at the entrance of the store and called out to come to eat. “It's my first project, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it will react,” says Kimura.

The selling price is 400 yen. Limited to 30 per day. Until December 25th.
